Hi, I'm St. Eph, and to steal a metaphor from earlier in the thread, I'm also packing up and moving to Downtown Snarkfest after too long lurking in the strip malls out on the edge of town.

I'm a cranky grad student clinging to my early 30s. I live and drink in Chicago. I also enjoy watching terrible, terrible television while wondering why my dissertation continues to fail to write itself. It occurs to me now that had I chosen to study terrible television rather than good 16th-century drama my life would be easier.

Oh yeah, it's not all tv watching. Sometimes I need to take a nap too.
