Whiskey Lullaby by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss. So depressing.

Underwater by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. Funny band name, great song.

I love that band's name, for some reason. Haven't heard much of their music though.

Ever since I caught the video on MTV a few weeks ago I can't stop listening to "Hang Me Up To Dry" by the Cold War Kids.

"Please, Mr. Jailer" from the Cry-Baby soundtrack. I harbour a secret desire to do some kind of burlesque slutty dance to this song with, like, a fedora and stuff.

Neko Case live in Austin, TX. I love her so much.

The Lady of Shalott- 05-25-2007
Can't stop listening to the Cold Roses album by Ryan Adams and the Cardinals. It is SO GOOD.

If anyone likes opera, or pop opera, or Rent, I recommend the East Village Opera Company. It's a group that sings opera arias in their original languages, except they add drums and guitars and what have you. Their myspace page is here, although they don't have my personal favorite, the Habanera redux, on there. I highly recommend going to i-tunes or amazon and listen to a sample of that one.

"Ruby" by Kaiser Chiefs. I have so got to get that album.

That's a great song. Will be on my ipod in the near future.

Goodnight Tonight by McCartney and Wings. That brings back the memories from my youth. Though it really bugs me that most (maybe all) of the Wings grea-*test*-('") hits albums don't have Arrow Through Me, which is one of my all time favorite songs of theirs.

Quality Time by the 90s r&b group Hi-Five.

Because the lead singer was found dead. Boo.

Ohhhhh Peaches- 06-03-2007
"The Lord God Bird" by Sufjan Stevens. So beautiful and there's a really interesting NPR story about the writing of it, as they sort of commissioned it.

Hey There Delilah by The Plain White T's.

Recently discovered this band and I flove them.

Not a double post, just bumping the thread up.

I'm listening to Spiderweb By No Doubt. I miss the old school ska sounds of that band.

Weird coincidence. I just recently heard this song and now I love, love, love it.

Of course, I can't stop listening to the new Bon Jovi CD long enough to listen to it. I'm addicted. It's shameful. I'm almost afraid to look at my Last.fm page.
