I double-posted in snarkfest ads. Should I throw myself on my sword now, or flagellate myself for 24 hours (in honour of easter) and THEN throw myself on my sword? Please advise re procedure.

Might I suggest a private viewing of the entirety of Robert Altman's directorial career? I've heard it cleanses the soul, though some would contend it's a painful way to do so.
