The panda porn was hilarious. Some of the pandas died in the earthquake, nooooo. That's just not right.

Actually, they apparently rescued all but two (out of 63).

Weightlifter seriously injured during event. I yelped when I watched the now-removed YouTube vid.

Oh my Lord, the pictures alone are horrifying.

One of my colleagues is a former weight lifter, and she told me that she has seen that happen before at competitions. She once saw someone's arm break as they were lifting. *cringe*
