Hi everybody!

We've changed things around a tiny bit so that only people who are on the C-List and above can start new topics. We hope this will help stop spammers (luckily we haven't had any on our new board yet, but we did get quite a few on the old one). It will also help posters become part of the community before jumping in and starting threads.

The problem is that in order to set it up, everybody starts in the "can't start new topics" state. You will be bumped up to the normal setting as soon as you make a single post (as long as your post count is above 10).

We just wanted to give a heads up in case anybody tries to start a new thread and finds that they can't. For most of you, if you just reply in another thread (or, if you're completely blanking, post in the -*test*-('") thread), you'll be able to start a new topic.
