I kind of love one of the low-tech text ads: "I fired my boos! I make blahdeblahworkathome." The typo is just hilarious. "I fired my boos! I only get applause now!"

I just got an ad for "sugardaddie.com" which is apparently a "dating site for successful people." Riiiiight. Dating.

What's the deal "Contribute to our forum!" link on the top right of the forum? (It links to this site.) I'm not sure if that's always been there and I'm just noticing it, or if it's something new.

Funny, I never noticed the ads here, but since SOMEONE had to go and mention spiders, we have:

"Embroidery Spider
Over 94 spider related downloadable embroidery designs"

EH? That is the randomest thing ever.

I never get the fun adverts, just endless offers of loans. Is Snarkfest trying to tell me something?

Ahhh, an ad for a menstrual calendar of some kind, in Dan Radcliffe's thread.

Whuh?

"Brangelina's Bubble May Burst Soon!"

I know that totally makes me want to download the celebrity tool bar! Totally.

The other day, I was in the "Beyond Snarkfest" forum, and the three ads across the top were for "Football," "Football," and "Tampons."

Fuck the what?

mrinsouciance- 08-21-2007
Football and Tampons,

Football and Tampons,

They go together like - shopping malls and crampons?

Genevieve- 08-21-2007
Oooh I got one for Arizona Nude Resort.
That way you can get skin cancer in the hard to reach places.

The Glen- 08-21-2007
"Celebrity Knicker Shots". I keep on getting that ad. How can I convince them I'm not interested?

katesti- 08-23-2007
"Try bikini waxing monkeys"?? Really??

mrinsouciance- 12-07-2007
Okay, Mr. Diesel fragrance guy, you can just fucking go away any old time.

tothemax- 12-07-2007
For realsies.

Mysteriously the Metaquotes thread is currently advertising Pagan children's books (and to show they aren't narrow-minded, they also sell Books that Might Be Okay as Gifts for Non-Pagan Friends)
