I just want to say thank you for all of the comments here, and to add my own lust for all of the mods and fellow admin here.

Particularly lezopez, who kept me calm on Tuesday even though she was freaking out herself, PrincessCleo and spidey_88 for seeing the call for mods to come to the chat room so that we could all conference on what to do (and spidey for coming up with Snarkphoenix!), and Luftballoons for holding down the fort today (...er yesterday. What day is it again?) in both the chat room and the livejournal when things were getting crazy.

All the people I spent a very enjoyable day chatting with. I wasn't talking much because of the whole being at work thing (damn those time differences), but I was enjoying the chat, laughing hysterically, and very impressed with the speediness with which everything was solved.

Just wanted to add to the love for all those who worked so hard to bring this back.
