I notice the new board has sig lines turned on. Is this intentional? I tend to think sig lines are kind of cluttery.

We had them at the other board, though people kept it to only a line or two in order to avoid things getting cluttered-looking.

If it becomes a problem I'm sure they'd get turned off, but hopefully the discretion used at SF: Original Recipe will also be used here.

Isn't there also an option to simply not have them displayed?

Oh, duh -- it's a Board setting you can set for your personal account if you don't want to see them. All is well!

I think most of the sigs refer to current events so probably a lot of them will gradually be dropped. I quite like them but not if they were more than a couple of lines.
