Somewhat unrelated but funny (well, to me anyway), my sister called me up the other night and said, "I turned on VH1 and all these people were talking about Lindsay Lohan on one of those celebrity discussion shows, and guess who I saw? Lori Bergamotto! Apparently she's a celebrity commentator now??"

Aaaand that's a girl we went to high school with. It's a small world.

Is Linds trying to out-Angie Angelina? Because whatever issues I may occasionally have with Angie, she is always up-front and matter-of -fact about her personal insanity, whereas Linds is all about the "yes I'm NOT-ohwait, I am, but I never SAID THAT". That is; you don't really know if Lins loves the gay or she just wants to be Ms. Edgy and is pulling an Anne Heche. And neither does she.

As long as she isn't pulling an Anna Nicole Smith...

Yeah. In the ads for Dina and Ali's show there's a clip with Ali saying "I aspire to be like Lindsay." Which I guess she could just mean she wants to be famous like her and looks up to her because she's her big sister, but uh, Ali...let me know how that works out for you. Also, I hate your mom for letting you look 25 instead of 14. (I hate her for many other reasons too, but that post would be incredibly long).

You would think Lindsay could pick someone who's at least remotely attractive. I still get bad vibes about Samantha Ronson. She just looks sleazy to me.

This reality show was created just so Ali can promote her go-nowhere singing career. Did the Lohans learn nothing from the Hogans? That never works.

Even though I don't think the dress really works on her, I'm loving these pics of Linds. Suddenly, she's looking 10 years younger to me. Which is depressing to say about a 21-year old, but after a couple of years of her looking like her mom's doppelganger, it's nice to see her looking somewhat like a kid again. I'm scared to get my hopes up after the many, many times she's broken my heart, but dare I dream that she might be on the right track?

Re: whether shes gay or not. I don't think she is. Shes probably bi, but I think shes mostly just one of those people who had a really dysfunctional childhood, and craves stability and affection, and as such gets really into relationships fast. And then when they end, she starts stalking.

Lindsay is probably one of those people who fall for the person, and not the sex. Why she's fallen for Samantha Ronson, I have no idea. Someone please enlighten me.

I love that green dress she's wearing. My only qualm is it needs to be a tad bit longer. But it's really beautiful.
