I don't think that "the black kid was driving" is a sign that Lohan is racist. I think it's a sign that she knew she was busted, and just for a second she thought that she could call on the likely inherent bigotry of "black guy = suspect, crazy white girl = victim". Which, if anything, shows she knew how much trouble she was in. If she'd used the N-word or anything worse, that'd be different. I think she was just trying to cover her ass for a few, futile seconds.

She's totally going to prison. Which might be the best place for her, in terms of her own and the public safety.

Who would have thought, three years ago, that Nicole, Lindsay and Paris would ALL end up doing time? It's crazy.

There's a video online of Paris, drunk at a club, using the N word, and saying stuff about n****** being crack whores and stuff. Which doesn't mean they can't both be racist, but I think Paris is worse.

Anyway, I've had this dying hope that Linds would clean herself up and then do a movie written by Tina Fey in which Linds has two mommies played by Jamie Lee Curtis and Meryl Streep, where at the end they work out everything just in time to get on stage and perform a song together. That hope is dead now.

Not to make it a racial discussion but the thing that annoyed me is that "the black kid" in question was her assistant's boyfriend so you would think she would know his name.

No, I think it was two separate people. In that interview, one of the guys says he was walking on the highway with the assistant's boyfriend while the other two were in the car.

Yeah but the other two were white, they were interviewed on Access Hollywood or something and it was another part about how stupid her story was because the boyfriend had gotten out of the car during part of the chase.

What made me sad was the assistant who she went off on was the only person in her orbit who had a problem with her drinking and partying again.
