They are obviously part of the media's attempt to blacken the name of Lindsay Lohan. While her family is held hostage by those paparrazi, Lindsay is drugged by reporters and then forced into the SUV and held at gunpoint to chase her ex-assistant. None of it is her fault, she's only 21.

Or something like that is what I assume they'll come up with next. Though personally I don't think it will get any better than it wasn't her pants she was wearing.

See, if she had tried this crap with Tico Torres, then it would have turned out differently. Alas, Tico was off being awesome somewhere else.

Audio of the 911 call is out there. It definitely puts the kibosh on the paparazzi excuse. The woman clearly says it's one vehicle following her.

When I read the guys' account of what happened on TMZ, I thought that it couldn't possibly be true because no person who makes a living by being in the public eye would be stupid enough to do that. Now though after hearing the 911 call...I don't know. The assistant's mother was clearly terrified, chased by only one vehicle and had just been coming home, which matched the earlier report.

I dont know, I think someone will have to pull a Drew Barrymore on her (send her to a lockdown hardcore rehab in a psych hospital for a year), but I think Dina Lohan is actually worse than Jade Barrymore and wont ever do that.

The thing is though, they could only do that for Drew because she was under 18 when she was going crazy. As soon as you reach legal adulthood, your family needs a court order to put you away against your will. And to do that they need to prove that you're a danger to yourself or others. And considering Lindsay's family refuses to even admit she has a problem? It's never going to happen.

I actually thought she had her shit together after Memorial Day, but now....she'll wind up OD'ing...or becoming the next Surreal Life con-*test*-('")ant.

Even Paris never pulled the 'I'm a celebrity, I can do whatever I want' trip.
