Here's Dina's statement:

The funny part is that Dina would be frantic if anyone took her at her word.

I seriously hate that woman. Notice how the statement is all about her. "Oh, Lindsay's fine. She's not even here. But me and the children I haven't completely finished milking dry yet are being held prisoner!" Bitch.

And please, try making that statement when you're not working on a new reality show for the fresher cash cow. Or when you're not inviting ET to come with you to visit Lindsay in fake rehab.

Speaking of the paps, word's going around that Lindsay was calling X17 and offering photo ops for cash. Which, on the bright side, most likely means that someone cut off her cash flow, but on the dark side, shows you just how fucked up and desperate the girl's become.

There comes a time when every child star has to kick their vampiric stage mother to the curb. Lindsey passed that time four years ago.

Perhaps if Lindsay and Dina didn't court the paparazzi the way they do, they wouldn't be hounded. It's called thinking, ladies.

When I saw her mugshot flashed on the tv screen, I really thought it was Dina at first. Girl's looking rough. She's claming she's innocent though.

Someone I know on another board witnessed a tiny bit of the chase, and said Lindsay was screaming and full on chasing and trying to ram the other car (with the assistant's mother in it), which was trying to get away. He also said there were no other cars, disproving TMZ's statement from "a source" claiming she was being chased by paparazzi.

Oh god, Lindsay. She just always knows exactly what not to say. Yes, this is clearly the time to put forward your vast conspiracy theory on how everyone's out to frame you. If she'd just played the "Things have gotten out of hand. I don't what I'm doing anymore. I need help." game, she would've helped herself out immensely. Much of the press and public still wants to feel sorry for her. She only hurts herself more with these stupid, childish stories.

I have trouble believing this. Lindsay is an adult so all of her income is hers. I'm sure she's taking care of her mother and siblings, but I have a hard time seeing how anyone could take control of her finances like that. If anyone could do it, it would be Dina, but she's such an enabler that I doubt she would cut off Lindsay.

I just reread my post and I realized that I have trouble believing that someone else could control Lindsay's money, but I have no trouble believing Lindsay would do something like swsa said.

Ah, the old "It's not mine, I was just holding it for a friend" excuse. Yeah, well, what about the alcohol in your blood? Holding that for a friend, too? It's like she farted out a scandal, and now she's blaming the dog.

She makes me so mad. I probably wouldn't be this angry about it if I didn't still cling to some residual affection for the little girl in all those Disney movies.

And this is why this stint in rehab won't work either because until she is ready to accept responsibility for her actions, she's never going to stay sober successfully.
