I've gone from hope to frustration to anger to pity and now all the way to total apathy. I'm just completely over her. It'd be one thing if I felt she was actually embarrassed or ashamed of her behavior. But now, just thinking of her smiley heading to the gym rehab pics removes any empathy I had for her. She obviously wasn't taking it seriously and was using the experience as an opportunity to mug for the cameras.

According the article I read on MSN, she was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She blew a .12 and the coke was found in her pocket. So yeah, coke is one aspect of arrest, but she was also drinking, that's why I wondered about the alcohol bracelet.

A breath alyzer detects alcohol, not drugs.

I wondered if the bracelet was ever even turn on or activated. It seems likely that it was just there for show.

I can't wait to see how Dina and the publicist try to spin this one.

That's what I'm wondering about too. Does Paris supposedly have one too? Sorry, it's hard to keep all these outlaws straight.

The sad thing is that that is probably close to the real thing.

Or maybe it'll be something alone the lines of "Leave her alone, she's only 21, only been in rehab twice and not even been married yet to get divorced. She's just a kid by Hollywood standards, she doesn't know what she's doing".

I kind of think they'll go the route of finally admitting how bad it is. It's time to play the pity card. No more trying to act like people are blowing it out of proportion. I think we'll hear now that Lindsay is a very sick girl and she needs help. Which would be true, but way past the point of anyone caring or wanting to help her.

It could be a combination of "Lindsay is a sick girl" and "It's your fault! You people put so much pressure on her!" The one thing we know for sure is that Dina would in no way accept any responsibility. This would be one of the times where Linds is a big girl and Dina can't control her actions.
