Add me to the list of posters pulling for her. However, I'm skeptical of her ability to get herself cleaned up. She's like the female version of Charlie Sheen. Only trouble is, she's got no Martin Sheen to drag her ass from the hospital to jail should she OD. Addicts need a good support system for recovery and the girl has nothing but enablers and parasites.

As for this generation of celebs being worse than previous generations, I really don't believe it. But the accessibility of information is vastly different than it was in the days of Barbara Lamarr, Marilyn Monroe, and John Belushi. Back in those days, drugs were only a whispered rumor, unless someone died.

Agreed. I simply don't see her gaining the maturity to admit to her problem(s) on her own, in the forseeable future. And we all know where she learned that self-destructive trait - from mom and dad.

Is her younger sister as messed up as she is? If not, it's a miracle.

I hope the program is as decent as it sounds. But yeah, I can't think of anyone in her life (Jane Fonda or Tina Fey? I'm reaching.) who can give her the support she needs. I'm not optimistic.

I'm morbidly curious about the other Lohan siblings. Ali's young, but probably doomed already. And I hate to say it, but looking like Dina's mini-me will not get you far in Hollywood. In one of the seemingly dozens of interviews and press releases from Michael Lohan this week, there was a weird quote where he asked the Orange Oprah to stop alienating their children from him -- "especially Lindsay", 'cause I guess she's the most important one.

I'm pulling for her, too. I'd love to see her completely pull it around and live up to her potential and be snarky and funny and cute again.

This speaks more of Vanessa Minillo's poor judgment than Lohan's. After all, most of us wouldn't be surprised in the least to find out LL was wasted and playing with knives. But when someone else sees that and says "Hey, THAT looks like FUN! I'll go play with knives with wasted Lindsay Lohan!" you really have to question their sanity.

Plus, did you see who else they were hanging out with that night? Lohan, Mannillo, and the Lennon/Oko spawn might just be the most random crew ever.
