Really at this point, what is there to do but shake your head, go "Oh, Lindsay" and hope that Ron Howard and his wife adopt her (their kids all seem sane, and he grew up in Hollywood, and damn it I wouldnt put it past her to hit on Brangelina).

I swear, she is such a waste of space.

Does someone need to give all of young Hollywood some kind of intervention to teach them not to drink and drive? I mean, seriously.

And when you can afford a driver, why not?

The thing is, she had a driver. He dropped her off at home, then she left again in her own car. She needs some common sense, a parent and friends who aren't enablers.

Maybe she and Paris can share a cell.

This could actually turn out well for her, since she wasn't hurt and didn't hurt or kill anyone else. Maybe they'll actually make her do real rehab now, like bookworm said, to stay out of jail.

If Kathy Hilton acted up in court, I'd hate to see what Dina Lohan would do. They'll probably have to tranq her.

The sad or rather scary thing is I'm not sure this is going to be a wake-up call to her. Would she just get a slap on the wrist since it's her first DUI or would the sentencing be more harsh since she's underage and supposedly carrying drugs?

I wonder how much her car insurance costs? How many cars has she busted up now? She had an awful lot of accidents. She is just lucky she hasn't seriously injured anybody yet.

Maybe getting nailed with drugs in the car will force her to get a bit more serious about getting cleaned up. That said, I have a feeling her 21st birthday weekend in Vegas will probably be legendary. Or infamous. Probably both.

What ticks me off is she's still been getting movie roles up until this point. It's like she's out on the road, could perfectly well kill someone but no, we'll give her one more chance and let her star opposite merryl streep or something. She's not a bad actress but certaingly nothing spectacular IMHO. To me she's average on everything, singing, acting and looks.

I hope they throw her anorexic ass in jail. Both her and paris and brit can fall off the earth any day now and I feel the world would be such a better place.
