I've noticed that people tend to keep missing each other in chat, particularly those on the European side of the water, so I had an idea. If you're the first person in chat (when it's completely empty, I mean) leave a note in this thread and wait a few minutes.

How about arranging a time for European members to meet in chat, such as 9 or 10 p.m. GMT? That way people wouldn't miss each other.
