I got the luftballoons chat to work by copying the link into a fresh browser window after I closed and reopened my browser.

FWIW, having a thread for AIM or other IM names is something I'd like, too.

Okay, I set up a new ezboard community. It's $30 for six months of chat. If you click the treasure box thing that says "Make a contribution" you can put some money in. It takes paypal. I already put in five bucks, and as soon as we reach thirty I'll use that to make the chat room.

(Once we reach $30, nobody needs to put more money in, since we probably won't use anything else on the site until we need to renew the chat room, and we may have found something else we like better by then.)


ETA: Actually, there's a special offer of 3 months for $9.95, so I'll do that as soon as we reach the amount, and plan to use any extra for the six months down the road...

Did you have a Global Account or a Local one?

If you only had a local one - this is a general public announcement, by the way, sunshine, not just directed at you - you will need to reregister. If you had a global account, you should be able to log right in.
