There aint never gonna be a president Birdie.
Birdie Silverstein sounds like an 80-year-old woman who plays pinochle, loves cruises, and regularly attends Shabbat services. Her friends are all named Dolores and Gladys.
But Leigh is fine as a fallback name, at least.
I love the name Gia for Matt and Luciana's little girl. Wonder if Brad or Angelina suggested it to them?
I think it's cute that they're keeping with a theme on the names - his wife's name is LucianA, her daughter from her previous marriage is AlexiA, then there's IsabellA and now GiA.
Gia Damon is lovely. I do think it's amusing that his daughters have very Spanish names, but at least the older one has his totally unSpanish coloring. I like that all the kids' names flow.

Huh? I'm sort of confused by that.

I'm guessing that the new kid could have her dad's coloring as well. So they have at the very least one, and at the most two paler babies.

I'm pretty sure Matt and Luciana can pick baby names on their own.

Yeah, blonde/blue-eyed is what I meant. Mom is Argentinean (I think?), though, so who knows how the genes will combine this time.

Yeah, because coming out all darker-skinned Latina would suck.
That's certainly not what I was saying.
Hey you're not the one that said "at least" one baby had the "unSpanish colouring". I'm just saying. It doesn't come off that well.
I guess we interpreted that statement differently. I took it as, for example:
Say we didn't know the gender of the new baby, but we do know the gender of the one they had. So you could say "At least one of their babies is a girl." Not saying girls are better than boys or anything, just that we know for sure that this baby is a girl, and we don't know what the other one is. Similarly, we know that the older baby has Matt's coloring, but we don't know what the new kiddo looks like.
I don't know how to explain it any better, apologies if it comes off awkwardly.
That's how I took it too, dinahmoe. As in, at least one daughter that we know of looks more like the dad than the mum - possibly the other one does too, but since we haven't seen her yet, who knows.
