There's an actress named Ever Carradine. I think she's Robert Carradine's daughter.

It was Gabbo, but Gabo is close enough to Gabbo for everyone to associate it with the Simpsons.

I think Ever (pronounced EE-ver) is an Irish name (spelled Eibheair or some such) -- but I can't find it on Google, I guess because "ever" is a word. Unless I'm mixing it up with Emer.

Oh no, here we go -- Eibhear, except with a fada on the first E that I can't make on Windows. Can obviously be Anglicized in several ways; all they have there is Ivor and Heber, but I've seen Ever elsewhere. It's in this list too -- actually, that one has a HUGE variety, of spellings; Eibhear and Ever and Eibhir and Eevir (eek!) and Ayvar.

So -- it's a name. But -- it's a boy's name. Ah well. They were close.

To me, it looks like they wanted to name the kid Eva Gabor and somehow got it wrong in the process of writing it down. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
