That name looks like a bad scrabble hand.

I'm sorry, they are just asses.  BUNNY?!

(True story, I know a child named Princess.  But I think Bunny is worse.)

And now, Lily Rose, you know another, or at least you know of another child named Princess because Jordan and Peter Andre have changed their minds about the kid's name.

QUOTE
Glamour model Jordan and pop star Peter Andre have named their baby daughter Princess Tiaamii.

Jordan, who was born Katie Price, said the first name was chosen because the girl was "our princess".

And Andre came up with the middle name by combining his mother's name, Thea, with that of Jordan's mother, Amy.

"We've put an accent over the first A to make it more exotic and two Is at the end just to make it look a bit different," Jordan told OK! magazine.

Lily Rose- 07-24-2007
Oh lord. It was bad enough just knowing one! Why would you do that to a child? Nicknames, people, nicknames! Also, that bit about making the name "more exotic" by adding accent marks and "aa"s makes me want to slap a bitch.

They should have stuck with Bunny. Now, that middle name -- that's a bad Scrabble hand.

QUOTE
Jordan also revealed that she had considered calling the girl Tinkerbell, but rejected the idea because too many celebrities had chosen it for their dogs.

Comforting to know they have standards.

50 Craziest Celebrity Baby Names. I can't belive Chudney didn't make the cut.

I must be desensitized to stupid celebrity baby names, because half the names in that list didn't seem that bad to me. I can handle Liberty, Brooklyn and even Apple, because Pilot Inspektor, Moxie Crimefighter, and Audio Science have worn out my outrage. Also, my best friend's daughter's middle name is Green, which is not a family name. It's the name their then three year old son liked. His choice for the whole name was Green Skip, so I think it certainly could have been worse. I have to admit, it's kind of fun to say her whole name, and her baby gifts often had a built-in theme, but I'm wondering how she's going to explain it when she gets older.

Princess Tiaamii? She's a human being, you dickwads, not a poodle.

My husband and I have 2 kids named Coyote and Gypsy.. they go to school with other children named Rocket and Zylon, etc. It's not just a celebrity thing.. I just don't particularly care for Sarah and John.

Why do people think they have to give their child some off-the-wall name, or a completely mundane and common one? There is such a thing as a happy medium, people. Jesus.

And Princess Tiaamii is better how?

Although, true story, my aunt worked in a nursing home and one of the patients had the name Fairy Princess. To make it even more interesting, the woman was a Ph.D! I cannot imagine going through my adult life as Dr. Fairy Princess.

I went to college with a girl whose first name was Princess.

I went to college with a girl named Sunny Beaver.

Sometimes, I just have to tell people that.

That is the meanest thing since Dick Pride, who I went to school with. Also, I went to school with a girl named Mary Brown Coffee Brewer.

So, in the actual celebrity baby name genre, Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber apparently named their son (born July 26) Alexander Pete Schreiber. Which is distressingly normal and sane.

But why Pete and not Peter?
