I love Nick too, and I love how he dealt with the whole Jen thing. He confronted her and made her look like an ass to everyone in the house, but still didn't totally destroy the relationship privately - with the added bonus of still making Jen look like an ass! He seems to be pretty ego-free which is refreshing, and judging by the way he had Joe draped all over him during the veto reading, he's comfortable with his masculinity. I wish he'd comb his hair though. It's distracting.

I really like Danielle, too. She's smart and not over-the-top trying-too-hard funny. And I like the way she's handling the whole situation with her dad.

I hear the words coming out of Kail's mouth, and I know she thinks she's this great game player. But mostly she's talking and saying a whole bunch of nothing. Shut up, Kail.

I think I could like Jessica, but her voice drives me insane. That and her hair. Or "hair" as the case may be.

I laughed at how much Kail bought into Eric's fake emotional difficulty, but I agree that America's Player is not doing anything that Dr. Will couldn't have thought of on his own, so why not let these people think shit up on their own also? It's all just a stupid scam to get people to shell out 99 cents for a text message when they could vote online for free. GRR.

Danielle should've conferred with Kail and used the veto to get Jen put up. I know it's probably viewed as advantageous to keep around someone everybody hates, because she's so non-threatening, but at the same time last season everyone thought they could let Chill Town slide by because they figured they'd be easy to pick off later and then lo and behold, the impossible happened and they made alliances that got them to the Final 4. Not that Jen has anywhere near their social skills, but you never do know. I'd boot her while I had the chance just to keep things more pleasant.

I know. Eric's stupid Girlfriend Eating Disorder story is nothing compared to all the random lies Dr Will pulled out season 2 -- I vaguely recall him convincing people that he killed someone with piano wire? Good times.

I will say there was some pretty creative editing on Eric's lie. Kail was bored out of her mind, and you got the sense after about 10 minutes, that she knew he was full of shit.

Personally, I think America's Player is a direct result of All-Stars. It was pretty clear at times that the producers were trying to push players in certain directions via their diary room sessions. So I kind of think the AP thing was them saying, "Hey, here's a way we can LITERALLY have them make the more popular choice without damaging the 'integrity' of the game."

The worst thing that could happen in the HOH competition happened: Jen wins.

I hope Eric can talk her out of putting up Dick and Daniele for eviction. I doubt it.

I hadn't heard that about Nick. I know a lot of people think he's gay because he's constantly talking about hot guys and flirting with Joe, but I hadn't heard that he'd made homophobic remarks. It's hard to picture since he seems so open about his Brad Pitt lust and stuff.

In gossip-y news, someone reported that the houseguests were talking about how Carol tried to leave the house 5 times, but was talked out of it by production.
