That butter thing was SO GROSS. And yet I couldn't stop watching. What an odd competition. (This is my first year watching, heaven help me.)

The nanny freaking out over her picture is so something I would do... in my head. Geez, way to show everyone the raving crazy, lady. Plus I don't get what the big deal is, she's fug to being with so it's not like the picture is showing her anything new.

I know everyone's keen on Jessica now, but I simply cannot STAND her voice. It's like she's on a constant diet of helium! I want her out for that alone.

Jessica talks like Holly, but she looks and plays like Ali, and right now, that trumps the Holly quotient.

As much as I get the irritation with Jen, at least she's ENTERTAININGLY stupid. I cannot think of two people who should be off the show more than Carol and Amber, and despite thinking this was an amazingly stupid decision the night of the first show, I now think it's brilliant, because this gives me far greater odds of not having to hear people I dislike monopolizing my BB-y attention.

This is exactly how I feel. I want them both gone, but mostly Amber. She dings my Maggie radar.

Confession time: I've been reading enough of the updates to learn that Jen is Vanna White's nanny. Supposedly.

I agree with the Amber hate. She was talking about how much she loved her mother. She then follows it up with saying "If I win, I'd like to give her a bunch of money, like $25,000.

Bitch, please. If you won, you'd win $500,000. Your mom should smack you upside the head for giving her "a bunch of money" in the sum of $25,000.

I had to smirk over the "Mrs. Robinson and her boys" alliance. Wonder how long that will last. I give it a week.

I'm surprised that no one mentioned how long that veto competition was. It took 6 hours for the comp, during which those poor hammies were locked in the HOH room with Jenuine Fameho. I might've killed someone.

I think Daniele is really pretty but way too bony. And damn is Nick hot. I still can't tell Zach and Mike apart. And I like Eric, even if he is a spaz who won't stop talking!

Six hours? Wow.

Hiding it in the slop was smart. And I thought Eric's tearful chat with Kail was hilarious.

I have to say, I sort of am loving Danielle.

I'm still sort of meh on America's Player. I just feel like it doesn't really add anything to the game - I'd rather see people come up with their own machinations.

Jen is ridiculous. I loved it when she got caught lying about Nick! She was so stupid to say that in front of Joe. I mean, the man announced he had gonorrhea on national television on the first day. Clearly, he has no compunction about sharing secret or gossipy things.

Question: If Jameka does not have a weave, why is walking around with a bag of hair extensions?

I like Daniele, too. I hope she and her dad can work out their differences this summer. I also agree that she's so pretty, but too bony. I think she did the right thing not using the veto. We need Jen to stick around a while longer for the LOLs.

I didn't see the ep before this one, but does it seem to anyone else that some people don't get as much screen time as others? Like, the two guys who are in Nick's posse and Jameka?

I think that's mostly just symptomatic of having 14 HGs and needing some way to introduce the audience to as many as possible at first; they focused on the six involved in the twist, America's Player, and the four involved in this week's comp (HOH, two nominees, and veto holder), which happened to have a 50% overlap with the twist.

I'm trying to figure out how long it's going to be before America (collective) starts voting to make Eric do things that seem to directly contradict his strategy.

What if American decides they don't like Eric and vote to make him do things that will cook his goose in the house? That would actually be pretty funny!

I dislike Amber more, so I kind of want her to go, but damn, Carol is such a personality void. At least Amber is insane and entitled.

And man, Jen. I'm almost tempted to feel bad for her. Just so needy and transparent. And dumb as a rock on top of it. Will and Boogie should be ashamed of their recruitment methods if she's the best they could do for the Chilltown ringer.

Speaking of Jen, this was from a couple of nights ago, on the live feeds. Dustin, Zach, and Mike played the "I, You" game with Jen, without her knowledge. They listened to her talking in the next room and took a drink for each "I" or "You", and then continued the game when she came in to talk to them. "I was thinking of going with the word 'like' but that might be dangerous."

Well if she's there for more than 4-6 weeks, her hair may start to grow out, so then she can braid it and put in the extensions. Or at least that's my theory.
