More like they're in you! Being digested! Or do you want to be digested by the skinless freaks? OR! Have I thought about this too much?

Im ur bear, eatin' ur hair.

tothemax- 05-20-2008
*shudder* You win.

And now for something completely different.

I think the afro'ed gentleman should make that his Christmas card. If he's going to scar us emotionally with that photo, he should also have to scar his friends with it.

More genrally, wouldn't he be scared his parents would see it? My mother would kill me dead if she saw a picture of me like that. (Although she'd laugh at the afro as she was killing me.)

Could someone who doesn't have number dyslexia please explain this to me:

Today's xkcd
The wiki for the game
The map

particle_person- 05-21-2008
It's pretty much what the game wiki says: it's a recipe for generating a random location where xkcd readers can meet up. It's guaranteed to be random because it uses the current value of the Dow, which nobody can predict.

OK, I've now been scarred by both half-naked teddy AND afro boy, thanks.

Also, did anyone see the "Random Wrongness" posted under the "Random Hotness" post? The expression on the boy's face is the wrongest thing that ever wronged.

Here's a scale model of Scrooge McDuck's money bin from Duck Tales (whoo-ooh!).

Via Smart Bitches: Spot the penis

(You may have to copy and paste the link by hand, since it tends to re-direct to Disney.com.)

Hint: Look toward the bottom of the image. It's not a real penis, just an unfortunate composition error. Maybe.

For anyone who is unfamiliar with the moderate politics, diffident manner and general high intellectual calibre of many of the commenters at the BBC online Have Your Say site, this blog has a selection of highlights. My favourite part of the site is the twat-o-tron - the disturbing thing is how realistic the results are.

tothemax- 06-03-2008
I have doubts as to whether this is real, but it's funny in any case.

There's a rumor that OS X 10.6 will come out in a few weeks, but that's not why I'm posting this here. It's because of the poll at that link, on what 10.6 will be named. Apple always chooses the name of a cat for their operating system (e.g. the present system is 10.5 Leopard). Here are the suggestions:

QUOTE
What will OS X 10.6 be named?
Garfield 1341 (8.7%)
Snow Leopard 520 (3.4%)
Lynx 3108 (20.2%)
Lion 2153 (14.0%)
Felix 280 (1.8%)
Cougar 3946 (25.7%)
Civet 95 (0.6%)
Caterpillar 171 (1.1%)
Jagwire 208 (1.4%)
lolcat  2205 (14.4%)
Ocelot 1336 (8.7%)

I voted lolcat, of course.

tothemax- 06-04-2008
Jagwire? Is that a legitimate alternate spelling of jaguar?

Jagwire? Is that a legitimate alternate spelling of jaguar?

And it received more votes than the insect or the Civet.

I weep for humanity.
