It's certainly the most brilliantly appropriate macro I've ever seen, in addition to being 100% made of awesome.
That macro was absolutely brilliant and awesome and defines win.
In fact, should we ever have another flameout/board death/etc, I nominate that macro for our official avatar and motto.

The bride and groom in front of the library backdrop is my favorite.
Those pictures are amazing. For sheer WTFness, my favorite is the one with the two shirtless muscle guys and the little girl. I wonder what the story was behind that one, though I'm sure anything I can imagine would be weirder than the reality.
...I can't breathe now after seeing those.
I think my favorite was "The Damned."
Seriously, a lot of my early school photos look like those pictures. It's kind of scary.
